While working as the lead graphic designer for Superior Ink Printing & Embroidery I was tasked with redesigning the homepage of our website.
PROBLEM
Users visiting the Superior Ink website were not able to quickly view the available services and start placing an order.
HOMEPAGE
During our research we discovered that our users had two consistent requests. They wanted the ability to place an order without having to call or email a customer service representative and they wanted to quickly learn about all of our services.

When I began designing I made sure my research findings were top of mind. At the top of the page there is a call to action prompting the user to start placing an order. Just below that the user will find a clear and concise list of products and services. Further down the homepage the user will learn about Superior Inks commitment to the planet and their Certifiably Green status. Finally, at the very bottom of this page I bring back the call to action. Encouraging users to start placing an order.
CUSTOM DESIGN FORM
To the left you will see a custom design form that I created for the new Superior Ink website. The main challenge with offering design services is that the client does not always know what they are looking for or how to explain their vision.

Therefore, with this form I wanted to give the user an opportunity to not only describe their design vision, but also share images and assets as inspiration.

We found it to be much easier for the user to explain their vision using a combination of reference images and text.
STICKER ORDER FORM
To the right you will see a sticker order from that I created for the Superior Ink website. We know that users want the ability to place an order without having to call or email a customer service representative. Therefore I designed a self-service form allowing users to place a sticker order without requiring any interaction with a representative from Superior Ink.
